The LED lightning signature created by Lumca is a mix of different fixtures; RL serie, OVO wall fixtures, bollards, light columns customized specifically for this project.

LUMCA’S ONE COAT SYSTEM SURPASSES THE 5,000 HOUR SALT SPRAY TEST
– APRIL 2010
Lumca’s powder coat finishes for our luminaires, poles, arms and mounting accessories have now surpassed the ASTM-B117 Environmental Salt Spray Test for 5,000 hours. This is the best powder coated protection in the industry, and we’re doing it with one coat! Our revolutionary pre-treatment process, Plaforization, uses an environmentally friendly organic phosphating technology before a polyester powder coating is electrostatically applied. Most manufactures use a dipping or sand blasting process to etch the base material. Plaforization increases the coating’s adhesion and corrosion protection without producing any greenhouse gases.
Lumca’s finish is of 100 microns (approx. 4 mils) minimal thickness and certified rated at 5,000 hours per the ASTM B117 regulation related to salt spray and the ASTM D2247 regulation related to the resistance of the finishes exposed to a 100% relative humidity. Lumca offers 18 standard colors, along with other available RAL and Custom colours.
